For live name engraving on products, we try our best to complete each piece in under 5 minutes, allowing us to accommodate multiple guests throughout the event.

Equipment - Yes! We bring all required equipment to ensure a seamless setup. No power point is necessary as everything is portable.
Materials - Clients will provide the products or gifts they would like our team to write on. We do request for a single product sample from clients to test the placement, script type, sizing, and colors (gold or silver) at least a week, or more, prior to your event.

We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, don’t hesitate to reach out if your event is sooner!
