It depends on the complexity of your request. Usually, a draft layout is done and approved for prior to inking. Please contact us to share more about your project and we will love to propose a suitable timeline.

Live calligraphy services

For on-site calligraphy names on products or calligraphed festive cards, we do our best to complete each piece in under 5 minutes, allowing us to accommodate multiple guests throughout the event.

Tools - Yes! We bring all required tools to ensure a seamless setup.
Materials - Clients will provide the cardstock or envelopes they would like our team to write on. We do request for a single product sample from clients to test the placement, script type, sizing, ink type and colors a week or more prior to your event as well.

We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, don’t hesitate to reach out if your event is sooner!
